You can use only one promo code per order.

what forms of payment do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, ApplePay, ShopifyPay, GooglePay and PayPal.

do I need an account to place an order?

You don’t necessarily need to create an account to place an order.

how long does it take to ship my order?

Processing and handling takes up to 48 hours. Depending on the distance, standard shipping takes about 3-7 business days (USPS), priority shipping takes 1-2 days (UPS).

do you ship overseas?

Unfortunately we don’t ship overseas at this time. Please contact us at hello@herlabeauty.com and we will connect you with our office in Poland for possible international orders.

how much will shipping cost?

There is a flat standard shipping rate of $7 on all US orders. For expedited rates please refer to the shipping options at checkout.

can I return or exchange a product?

do your products have expiration dates?

Yes, all our skincare products have an expiration date of 3 years once manufactured if unopened and hermetically sealed. All HERLA products have a batch number and expiration date printed on the package. We recommend using our products within 12 months after opening (each product has a little open can icon with a number inside, which refers to the number of months in which we recommend using it.)

how should I store my products?

We suggest storing our products between 41-77F in original packaging, avoiding direct exposure to sun.

where are your products made?

All HERLA formulas are created in our lab in Poland by our team of female chemists. We work with Polish research institutes to test our products for safety and effectiveness. Every ingredient we use undergoes a number of tests by its manufacturer.

is your packaging recyclable?

Yes, both the containers and cartons are recyclable. You can learn more about recycling out packaging in the “recycling” section of FAQs.

are your products all-natural?

Our products are rich in natural ingredients, but we prioritize effectiveness and safety of our formulas for your skin. Being natural, a minimum amount of safe synthetic ingredients is necessary to maintain the efficiency and stability of an effective skincare product.

are your products vegan and gluten free?

Products from Kakadu Plum, Gold Supreme and Damask Rose collections can be considered vegan and gluten free, however we don’t have official certifications for each ingredient that state that. If you have gluten intolerance please consult with your doctor before using our products.

where are your jars and bottles made?

Our glass jars and bottles as well as plastic bottles and tubes come from Italy.

how do I recycle your glass jars?

Separate the glass jar into 3 parts - the glass jar, the plastic cap and the round white disk in the cap (which acts as a seal). Recycle the jar as glass. Recycle the cap and white disk as plastic.

how do I recycle your glass bottles with a pump?

Separate the bottle with a pump into 3 parts - the cap, the pump with a pouch and the glass bottle. Recycle the cap, pump and pouch as plastic. Recycle the bottle as glass. Note that removing the pump from the glass bottle may require some force.

how do I recycle your plastic bottles?

Separate the cap from the bottle and recycle both as plastic.

Separate the cap from the tube and recycle both as plastic. Note that removing cap may require some force.
